S T Shahin Prodhan: Considering the lives of ordinary day laborers and uprooted people in the home quarantine to prevent corona virus, Zoom Bangladesh stands by the side of one thousand helpless families. Today was the 4th day of the week-long relief operation. On this day, they distributed relief by ensuring social distance among the families of disadvantaged students studying at Zoom Bangladesh School in the capital’s Segunbagicha. The organization had earlier distributed 3,000 hand sanitizers to the public to prevent corona virus. Engg Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Engg. Khaled Hussain said, “Zoom Bangladesh always stands by the helpless people, I try to be by the side of the people first in any disaster of the country.” I think it is a humanitarian duty and a moral responsibility to stand by the people during this disaster in the country. At present, the poorest people in the society are facing the worst situation. They eat day after day. We are supporting one thousand such families on our behalf. We will continue this work.
ST Shaheen, the founder of the organization, said, “Let’s become aware of the corona virus without panic, only awareness can keep us well.” On behalf of Zoom Bangladesh School, we are giving 5 days food to one thousand helpless families with 5 kg of rice, 3 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of pulses, 1 liter of oil, 1 kg of onion, 1 kg of salt and a detergent soap. We are always taking the news of the families of the underprivileged students studying in Zoom Bangladesh School, Zoom Bangladesh will be by their side in any need.
President of Zoom Bangladesh Ruhul Amin Selim, Vice President Jerin Sultana, Coordinator, Rajib Sarkar, Naeem Islam, Ali Hussain, Farooq Hossain, Sadequl Islam and Mizan Rahman were present at the occasion.
